🥓 BLT Macaroni Salad 🥗
A delicious twist on a classic salad!
📋 Ingredients
- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy and crumbled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
📝 Instructions
1. Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and cool.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, crumbled bacon, cherry tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the macaroni salad and toss to coat.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
