1 lb ground beef
12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper, to taste
