🇫🇷 Vol-au-Vent aux Champignons (Mushroom Puff Pastries)
📝 Ingredients:
• Puff pastry squares: 4
• Mushrooms (chopped): 200 g
• Onion (chopped): 1
• Butter: 1 tbsp
• Heavy cream: 100 ml
• Flour: 1 tsp
• Salt & pepper: to taste
• Egg (for brushing): 1, beaten
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F).
2️⃣ Bake puff pastry squares until golden (15–20 min). Cool and cut tops off.
3️⃣ In a pan, sauté onions and mushrooms in butter.
4️⃣ Add flour, then cream. Simmer until thick.
5️⃣ Season with salt and pepper.
6️⃣ Spoon mixture into puff shells and serve warm.
