Ingredients: 1 cooked beetroot 150g fresh goat cheese 1 tbsp Greek yogurt 1 tsp honey Chopped walnuts & chives Instructions: Blend beetroot into a purée. Mix goat cheese, yogurt, and honey until creamy. Layer cheese mix, then beetroot, and repeat. Top with walnuts and chives. Chill & serve cold.
