🛒 Ingredients:
500g chicken breast, cubed 🍗
2 cups potatoes, diced 🥔
1 cup broccoli florets 🥦
1 red bell pepper, chopped ❤️
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped 💛
2 carrots, sliced 🥕
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder 🧄
1 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste 🧂
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
👩🍳 Instructions:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and carrots, cooking for about 10 minutes until slightly tender. Add chicken pieces, season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through. Add broccoli and bell peppers, stir and cook for another 7–10 minutes until the veggies are tender-crisp. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
