Huge Bacon Cheeseburger Burrito with Bacon & Creamy Cheese Sauce
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup milk
4 large flour tortillas (burrito-size)
1/4 cup pickles, chopped (optional)
1/4 cup ketchup or burger sauce (optional)
Directions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and sauté for 2–3 minutes.
Add ground beef, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.
In a saucepan, combine cream cheese, milk, cheddar, and mozzarella over low heat. Stir until smooth and melted.
Lay out tortillas. Spread a spoonful of cheese sauce in the center, then add beef mixture, chopped bacon, pickles (if using), and more cheese sauce. Drizzle with ketchup or burger sauce if desired.
Roll each tortilla into a burrito, folding in the sides and tucking tightly.
Toast burritos seam-side down in a skillet for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp.
Serve hot with extra cheese sauce on the side for dipping.
