Keto cheese bread. Delicious!
1 3/4 c shredded mozzarella
3/4 c almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp crushed garlic
1 Tosp chopped parsley
2 Tbsp cream cheese
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Combine all but egg in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 min
Remove and stir and microwave for an additional 30 seconds
Add egg and mix well.
Put on cooking sheet, form into loaf, score with a knife and brush with melted garlic butter. I did two making one thicker than the other. I liked them both ways.
Bake at 425 for 15 min.
