"My name is Rebecca and I am a 40-year-old married stay at home mom to 14-year-old twins.

My biggest challenge before I found the Clean Eating Challenge was knowing what foods to eat and which foods to avoid. I have lost and gained large amounts of weight over the last 15 years but I have never learned the methods to make it a life-long commitment.

CleanFoodCrush helped me learn a new way of life. It wasn’t a diet that felt unsustainable. Instead, I learned how to re-train my taste buds to crave healthy foods, and design meals that were flavorful, satisfying AND Clean Eating friendly.
