Fluffy and golden focaccia topped with juicy tomatoes, olives, and oregano—straight from Puglia!
📝 You will need:
• 500 g flour
• 300 ml warm water
• 1 tsp salt
• 7 g dry yeast
• 10 cherry tomatoes
• Black olives
• Olive oil & dried oregano
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Dissolve yeast in warm water. Mix with flour and salt to form a dough.
2️⃣ Let rise 1 hour.
3️⃣ Spread dough in a greased pan. Press in tomatoes and olives.
4️⃣ Drizzle with oil and sprinkle oregano.
5️⃣ Bake at 220°C (430°F) for 25 min until golden.
