Ingredients:
For the chocolate cakes:
1 Β½ cups all-purpose flour πΎ

For the chocolate ganache:
1 cup heavy cream π₯
8 oz dark chocolate, chopped π«
2 tbsp unsalted butter π§
For the whipped cream filling:
1 cup heavy cream π₯
2 tbsp powdered sugar π¬
1 tsp vanilla extract β¨
Instructions:
Preheat the oven:
Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a mini cake pan or line it with parchment paper. π°π₯
Make the chocolate cake batter:
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder. πΎπ¬π«
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth. π₯πΆπ§
