Crispy Fried Fish Fillets
Ingredients:
4 white fish fillets (like cod or tilapia) π
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt π§
1/2 tsp paprika
1 cup cold sparkling water or beer πΊ
Oil for frying
Directions:
1. Pat fish dry and season lightly with salt.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and paprika.
3. Slowly whisk in cold sparkling water/beer until smooth.
4. Heat oil in a pan to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
5. Dip fish in batter, then carefully fry until golden (3β5 mins per side).
6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot with lemon wedges!
