Garlic Steak & Potato Foil Packets

Ingredients:
2 lbs lean sirloin steak, cut into 2-inch chunks
1 lb baby yellow potatoes, quartered
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp onion powder
3 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare your grill for medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, combine the steak, potatoes, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and olive oil. Toss everything together until evenly coated.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cut four large pieces of foil. Divide the steak and potato mixture evenly onto each piece of foil.
Fold the edges of the foil to seal the packets, creating a tight closure.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes, until the steak is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
Carefully open the foil packets (watch out for steam!) and serve warm.
