Rich and Spicy Alfredo Pasta Tossed with Tender Cajun Chicken Strips
Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
12 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook the Fettuccine:
Boil the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
Season and Sear the Chicken:
Toss the chicken strips with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
