Creamy Cajun Beef & Noodles Skillet

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef
12 oz egg noodles
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned and fully cooked, breaking it up as it cooks.
Stir in Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the beef broth and heavy cream. Bring to a low simmer and stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined and coated in the creamy Cajun sauce.
Let simmer for 2–3 more minutes to thicken slightly.
Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
