🍗 Herb-Marinated Greek Chicken
• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced

🧄 Four-Cheese Alfredo Sauce
• 2 tbsp butter

• ½ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp each: shredded mozzarella, crumbled feta, grated Parmesan, and ricotta cheese 🧀
• Salt & pepper to taste



🥔 Pesto Parmesan Roasted Potatoes
• 2 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, diced
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
• 2 tbsp basil pesto
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
• Salt & pepper to taste



🍃 Garnish
• Fresh basil or parsley
• Extra cheese (optional)
Lemon wedges 🍋



🔥 Instructions

1. Marinate & Cook the Chicken
• Combine olive oil, lemon zest/juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
• Toss chicken in marinade and let sit for 15 minutes.
Grill or pan-sear over medium heat for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Set aside.



2. Make the Four-Cheese Alfredo Sauce
• In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
• Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
• Stir in cream, then gradually mix in all four cheeses until melted and smooth.
• Season with salt and pepper.
• Simmer until sauce thickens slightly (about 4–5 minutes).
• Toss in the cooked chicken to coat.



3. Roast the Pesto Parmesan Potatoes
• Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
• Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and pesto.
