CAJUN LOBSTER, CRAB AND SALMON ALFREDO
Ingredients:
1 lobster tail, split
6 oz fresh crab meat
6 oz salmon fillet, cut into cubes
8 oz fettuccine pasta
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Prepare the Seafood:
Season lobster, crab, and salmon with Cajun seasoning. Set aside.
Cook the Pasta:
Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sear the Seafood:
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear salmon cubes until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. Sauté lobster and crab briefly until just cooked through.
Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In the same pan, melt butter, add garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan cheese. Cook until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Assemble and Serve:
Toss pasta in the Alfredo sauce. Top with the seared salmon, lobster, and crab. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
