🥩 Garlic Butter Steak & Grilled Shrimp 🦐

📝 Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 ribeye steak (10-12 oz)
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tbsp unsalted butter
For the Shrimp:
1/2 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp lemon juice
For the Garlic Butter Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp lemon juice
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Steak:
Pat the steak dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare (adjust for doneness).
Add butter, baste for 1 minute, then rest for 5 minutes.
2️⃣ Grill the Shrimp:
Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Grill on high heat for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred.
Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp.
3️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt butter in a pan and add garlic, cooking for 1 minute.
Stir in parsley, red pepper flakes, and lemon juice.
4️⃣ Assemble & Serve:
Plate the steak and shrimp, drizzle with garlic butter sauce.
Serve with a side of dipping sauce and enjoy!
