🧀🌽 Cream Cheese Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained
1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs (optional, for topping)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix together drained whole corn, cream-style corn, cream cheese, melted butter, sour cream, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
If using, sprinkle crushed crackers or breadcrumbs on top for a crispy finish.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
