Raspberry Cheesecake Bars with a Heavenly Twist

Ingredients:
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup fresh raspberries
1/4 cup raspberry jam or jelly
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes and set aside.
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
Gently fold in fresh raspberries, being careful not to crush them.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust.
Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the cheesecake mixture and swirl gently with a knife for a marbled effect.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the edges are golden and the center is set. Let cool completely before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
Cut into bars and serve chilled.
