Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
8 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup chicken broth
6 sandwich buns
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
Cooked bacon pieces (optional, for topping)
Directions:
1. Prepare the Chicken
Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
Sprinkle with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
2. Add the Creamy Base
Pour in the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
3. Shred & Mix
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined.
Let cook for another 10-15 minutes on LOW.
4. Assemble the Sandwiches
Scoop the creamy ranch chicken onto sandwich buns.
Top with shredded cheese and bacon pieces, if using.
