Ingredients:
• 2 plain bagels (or everything, onion, or cheese bagels)
• 1/2 pound shaved steak
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 2 slices American cheese (cheddar or provolone work too)
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Sauce Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:
