Ingredients:
Pasta & Chicken
Rigatoni pasta 🍝
Boneless chicken breast or thigh, cubed 🍗
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Garlic powder or minced garlic 🧄
Cream Sauce
Heavy cream 🥛
Parmesan cheese, grated 🧀
Butter 🧈
Black pepper
Parsley (chopped, for garnish) 🌿
Instructions:
Cook the rigatoni until al dente, then drain and set aside. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic, then grill or pan-sear until golden and fully cooked. In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic (if using fresh), then pour in cream and simmer. Stir in Parmesan until smooth and creamy. Add the cooked pasta and grilled chicken, toss everything to coat, and season with black pepper. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Tips & Variations:
Add mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor. Use shrimp instead of chicken for a seafood twist. Perfect with garlic bread on the side!
