π I made this Meat Lovers Pizza Casserole, and itβs packed with cheesy layers, hearty meats, and pure pizza-night goodness.
π Ingredients:
12 oz rotini or penne pasta
1 lb ground beef
Β½ lb Italian sausage
1 cup pepperoni slices
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 jar (24 oz) pizza or marinara sauce
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Optional toppings: sliced black olives, diced green peppers, or mushrooms

Cook the Pasta:
Boil pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Brown the Meat:
In a large skillet, cook ground beef and Italian sausage until fully browned. Drain excess grease. Stir in Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Combine with Sauce:
Add the pizza sauce to the meat mixture and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Assemble the Casserole:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). In a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, layer half the cooked pasta, half the meat sauce, and half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat the layers.
Top & Bake:
Add pepperoni slices and any extra toppings on top. Bake uncovered for 20β25 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
