🇫🇷 Tartiflette (Potato, Cheese & Bacon Bake)
Creamy potatoes layered with onions, bacon, and melted Reblochon cheese—Savoyard indulgence!
Ingredients:
• 1kg potatoes, peeled and sliced
• 200g bacon, chopped
• 1 onion, sliced
• 200ml cream
• 1 Reblochon cheese (or similar), halved
• Salt, pepper, butter
Instructions:
1. 🥓 Sauté bacon and onions until soft.
2. 🥔 Boil potatoes until just tender.
3. 🧈 Layer potatoes, bacon mix, and cream in a baking dish.
4. 🧀 Top with cheese halves (cut side down).
5. 🔥 Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25–30 min until bubbly and golden!
