This is a fun recipe for JR. chefs using Dixie cups
Dixie Cup Cake
Box cake mix (3 Tbs. per cupcake)
Water (1 Tbs. per cupcake)
Dixie Cups (3 oz. size)
Colored sprinkles or mini M & M's
Spoon 3 tablespoons of cake mix into each cup.
Add 1 tablespoon of water to each cup and mix. Cake mix will be on the thick side.
Add in some sprinkles and stir
Place cup in microwave on high for 45 seconds.
Allow cake to cool for a few minutes.
Frost and decorate as desired.

FOR THE 12 OZ CUPS:
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp cake mix
1/4 cup water
In a 12 oz paper cup, combine cake mix and water and stir well. Batter should be thick. Add sprinkles and stir Place in microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Let cool for one minute
