Ingredients:
¾ oz Coconut Rum (like Malibu)
¼ oz Blue Curaçao
Fruity Liqueurs for layering:
Peach Schnapps
Pineapple Juice
Grenadine (optional, for color)
Watermelon or berry liqueur (optional for red layer)
Crushed ice or frozen fruit (for texture)
Optional garnishes: pineapple chunks, berries, or tropical fruit
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass: Use a shot glass or a small tumbler. Chill the glass in the freezer for a few minutes for an extra frosty touch.
First Layer (Base):
Pour ¾ oz coconut rum into the glass.
Slowly add a splash of pineapple juice. Stir gently if you want a blended tropical base, or leave it unmixed for more contrast.
Second Layer:
Using the back of a spoon, slowly pour ¼ oz blue curaçao over the rum to create a vibrant blue layer. The spoon helps prevent mixing and keeps the layers distinct.
Top Layer(s):
Add a fruity liqueur like peach schnapps or watermelon schnapps. Again, pour gently to maintain layers.
For extra flair, you can add a dash of grenadine to sink to the bottom or swirl through.

Top with crushed ice or frozen fruit for texture.
