EASTER NO-BAKE CHEESECAKE BITES
Ingredients:
Crust Base:
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp sugar
Cheesecake Layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup whipped cream
Toppings:
Mini eggs, sprinkles, or drizzle of melted chocolate
Optional: dip tops in melted white chocolate and let set

Instructions:
1. Make Crust:
Combine graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into silicone molds or mini cupcake liners. Chill.
2. Make Filling:
Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream until smooth.
3. Assemble:
Spoon or pipe filling onto the crust. Smooth tops.
4. Top It Off:
Add mini eggs, sprinkles, or drizzle. Chill until set.
