Banana Milkshake
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups cold milk
- 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4-5 ice cubes
- Optional: a pinch of ground cinnamon or nutmeg
Directions:
1. Peel the bananas and cut them into chunks.
2. In a blender, combine the banana chunks, cold milk, honey (or sugar), and vanilla extract.
3. Add ice cubes to the blender for a chilled shake.
4. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or sugar.
6. Pour into glasses and sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg on top if desired.
7. Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture.
