🔥 Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli 🍗🥦🍝

🛒 Ingredients:
For the Chicken 🍗:
2 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
Salt & pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce 🥛:
2 tbsp butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
200 ml heavy cream
100 ml milk
60 g Parmesan, grated
Salt & pepper
Fresh parsley, chopped
For the Pasta 🍝:
300 g fettuccine (or tagliatelle)
200 g broccoli florets
Salt for cooking water
👨🍳 Instructions:
Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, adding broccoli florets for the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. Season chicken with oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper, then pan-sear until golden and cooked through. Slice into strips. In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, add cream and milk, stir in Parmesan, and simmer until creamy. Toss pasta and broccoli in the sauce, then top with chicken slices. Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
