Loaded Hashbrown Casserole with Sour Cream and Bacon
Ingredients:
- 1 package (30 oz) frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
2. In a large bowl, mix together hashbrowns, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, melted butter, diced onion, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, and half of the crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper.
3. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
4. Top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
