🐟 Orata al Forno
Baked whole sea bream with potatoes and herbs — a rustic and healthy Mediterranean dish.
Ingredients
• Whole sea bream (Orata): 2, cleaned
• Potatoes: 4, sliced
• Cherry tomatoes: 1 cup
• Garlic: 3 cloves, minced
• Olive oil: 4 tbsp
• Fresh parsley: 2 tbsp
• Lemon slices: 1
• Salt and pepper: to taste
Instructions
1️⃣ • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ • Arrange potato slices and tomatoes on a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil and season.
3️⃣ • Stuff fish with garlic, parsley, and lemon slices.
4️⃣ • Place fish over potatoes and drizzle with more oil.
5️⃣ • Bake for 30–35 minutes until fish is flaky.
6️⃣ • Serve hot with roasted potatoes.
