Homemade Artisan Bread
Ingredients:
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1½ teaspoons salt
• ½ teaspoon active dry yeast
• 1½ cups warm water
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and yeast. Add warm water and stir until combined. Cover and let rise for 8–12 hours. Shape dough on floured surface, let rest 30 minutes. Bake at 450°F (230°C) in a Dutch oven for 30 minutes covered, then 10–15 minutes uncovered until golden brown.
