Monster Chicken Bacon Alfredo Hurricane Wraps
Ingredients:
- 2 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, spinach leaves, and sliced red bell pepper.
3. Add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
4. Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface and evenly divide the chicken mixture between them.
5. Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
6. Place the wraps seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the tortillas are golden and the cheese inside is melted.
8. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, then slice in half and serve warm.
