Mini Mangoneada Shots.
Ingredients:
1.5 oz Tequila
0.5 oz Triple Sec
3 oz Mango Nectar
1 oz Lime Juice
2 dashes Tapatio Hot Sauce
Tajín (for rimming)
Chamoy Sauce (for drizzling)
Lime Slice and Mexican Mango Lollipop (for garnish)
Instructions:
Prepare the Glass: Moisten the rim of a shot glass with a lime slice and dip it into Tajín to coat.
Mix the Drink: In a shaker filled with ice, combine tequila, triple sec, mango nectar, lime juice, and Tapatio hot sauce. Shake well until chilled.
Assemble the Shot: Drizzle chamoy sauce inside the prepared shot glass. Strain the mixed drink into the glass.
Garnish: Add a lime wedge on the rim and a Mexican mango lollipop for an authentic touch.
