Ingredients:
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained (425g)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (15ml)
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Rinse and drain chickpeas thoroughly. Pat them very dry with a paper towel.
3. In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
