ARE YOU KIDDING ME CAKE
Ingredients:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 container chocolate frosting (about 16 oz)
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, sour cream, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix on medium speed until well blended.
3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips gently.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Remove from oven and allow cake to cool completely in the pan.
7. Once cooled, spread the chocolate frosting evenly over the top.
8. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the frosting if desired.
9. Slice and serve.
