Keto Garlic Flatbread
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 oz cream cheese
1 1/4 cups almond flour
1 large egg
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1/2 tsp garlic powder)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (or dried herbs)
Instructions
Prepare the dough
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 1–2 minutes).
Stir until smooth. Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and egg. Mix into a soft dough.
Form balls
Divide dough into 6–8 small balls. Place on a floured (almond flour) board.
Flatten
Roll each ball into a small flat round (like naan bread).
Cook
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Cook each flatbread 1–2 minutes per side until golden.
Brush with garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley. Brush onto warm flatbreads.
Serve
Enjoy warm with dips, soups, or as a side to keto meals.
