🟡 Crispy Polenta Bites
Crispy on the outside, soft inside — perfect as an Italian snack or appetizer.
Ingredients:
• 1 cup cornmeal
• 3 cups water
• 1 tbsp butter
• Salt to taste
• Oil for frying
Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook cornmeal in boiling salted water, stirring until thick.
2️⃣ Stir in butter and spread mixture into a flat tray to cool.
3️⃣ Cut into cubes once firm.
4️⃣ Shallow fry until golden and crispy.
5️⃣ Serve with marinara sauce or cheese dip. 😋
