Ingredients
For the Fluff Base:
8 oz (225g) full-fat cream cheese, softened
1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream, whipped to stiff peaks
½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) whole milk
1 box (3.4 oz / 96g) instant vanilla pudding mix
Blue gel food coloring (a few drops—adjust to desired vibrancy)
Mix-Ins:
1 cup (90g) crushed Oreo cookies
1 cup (90g) crushed chocolate chip cookies
For Garnish (optional):
Extra crushed cookies
Mini Oreos and mini chocolate chip cookies
Whipped cream
Instructions
Whip the Cream: In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
Cream the Base: In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix until creamy and lump-free.
Prepare Pudding: In a small bowl, whisk milk and instant pudding mix until thickened (about 2 minutes). Pour into the cream cheese mixture and beat until fully combined.
Add Color: Stir in blue gel food coloring, a drop at a time, until you achieve a bright, Cookie Monster–worthy hue.
Fold Gently: Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding-cream cheese base until just incorporated—this keeps the texture light and airy.
Mix in Cookies: Fold in the crushed Oreos and chocolate chip cookies until evenly distributed.
Chill: Transfer to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (or up to 24 hours) to allow flavors to meld and texture to set.
Garnish & Serve: Top with extra cookie crumbles, mini cookies, and a swirl of whipped cream before serving.
