FAJITA CHICKEN CASSEROLE
Ingredients:
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Tortilla chips (optional for serving)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sliced bell peppers, onion, fajita seasoning, and salsa. Mix well.
3. Transfer the mixture into a casserole dish and top with shredded cheese.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
5. Serve hot with tortilla chips on the side, if desired.
