🍫🍮 Caramel Cheesecake Brownies 🤎✨
Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer:
• 120 g unsalted butter
• 150 g dark chocolate (chopped)
• 150 g granulated sugar
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 80 g all-purpose flour
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• Pinch of salt
For the Cheesecake Layer:
• 200 g cream cheese (at room temperature)
• 60 g granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
For the Caramel Sauce:
• 100 g soft caramels or 8–10 caramel candies
• 2 tbsp milk or heavy cream

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Heat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line an 8×8 inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the Brownie Batter:
Melt the butter and chocolate together in a heatproof bowl (microwave or double boiler). Stir until smooth.
Add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk well.
Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and salt until just combined.
3. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
4. Melt the Caramel:
Heat caramels with milk or cream over low heat, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
5. Assemble:
Pour ¾ of the brownie batter into the pan and spread evenly.
Add spoonfuls of the cheesecake mixture on top, followed by the caramel.
Drop the remaining brownie batter over and gently swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
6. Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes, until the center is just set. Don’t overbake — you want them fudgy!
7. Cool and Serve:
Let cool completely before slicing. For clean cuts, chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
