Ingredients:
9 oz (250 g) fettuccine pasta
3.5 oz (100 g) butter
5.3 oz (150 g) Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup (120 ml) pasta cooking water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
🍝 Cook fettuccine until al dente. Reserve pasta water.
🧈 Melt butter in a pan.
🥄 Add pasta, Parmesan, and a splash of cooking water. Stir until creamy.
✨ Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
