3 cloves garlic, minced
4 lobster tails, fresh or frozen
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup unsalted butter, melted

Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Using kitchen shears or a sharp knife, carefully cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise to expose the meat. Gently pull the lobster meat out and rest it on top of the shell, allowing it to "piggyback" for a beautiful presentation.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, dried parsley, salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.

3. Cook the Lobster Tails:
Place the prepared lobster tails on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat, ensuring it’s covered for optimal flavor.

4. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes. The lobster meat is done when it becomes opaque and firm to the touch. The internal temperature should reach 145°F (63°C).
