Homestyle Blackberry Cobbler 🍇🥄🍰
Ingredients:
2 cups fresh or frozen blackberries
1 cup sugar (divided)
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1/2 cup melted butter
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar with blackberries. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, remaining sugar, and milk.
4. Pour melted butter into a baking dish. Add batter, then spoon blackberries on top.
5. Bake 40–45 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!
