Ingredients:

Method:
๐Ÿณ Preheat your oven to 180ยฐC (fan) / 200ยฐC / 400ยฐF. Grease and line a 23x33cm (9x13 inch) traybake tin.
๐Ÿงˆ In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter and caster sugar until light and fluffy.
๐Ÿฅš Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. If the mixture starts to curdle, add a little flour to help it come together.
๐Ÿš Sift the self-raising flour, baking powder, and salt into the bowl. Fold gently with a spatula until just combined.
