Curry Blends:
1 tbsp turmeric
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp coriander
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
**1 teaspoon salt (optional)
Store in airtight containers up to 6 months.
