🍳 Frittata di Cipolle
A simple yet flavorful onion omelet from Italy, great for breakfast or a light dinner.
Ingredients:
• Eggs: 6
• Onions: 2, thinly sliced
• Olive oil: 2 tbsp (30 ml)
• Salt & pepper: to taste
Instructions:
1️⃣ • Heat olive oil in a pan and cook onions until caramelized.
2️⃣ • Beat eggs with salt and pepper.
3️⃣ • Pour eggs into the pan over onions.
4️⃣ • Cook on medium heat until edges set.
5️⃣ • Flip carefully or finish under a broiler.
6️⃣ • Slice and serve warm.
