🍏 Flognarde aux Pommes (Apple Flognarde) 🍎
A cousin of the clafoutis, made with apples and custard batter.
Ingredients:
• 3 eggs
• 300 ml milk
• 2 apples
• 80 g flour
• 50 g sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Butter for greasing
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
2️⃣ Peel, core, and slice apples, arrange them in the dish.
3️⃣ Whisk eggs, sugar, vanilla, and milk. Add flour until smooth.
4️⃣ Pour batter over the apples.
5️⃣ Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden and puffed.
6️⃣ Serve warm with powdered sugar.
