Strawberry Glazed Baked Donut Holes
Light, fluffy, and baked instead of fried—these donut holes get a fresh spring twist with a sweet strawberry glaze!

Ingredients
For the Batter

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

¼ tsp ground cinnamon

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

⅓ cup granulated sugar

¼ cup almond milk (or your preferred milk)

¼ cup Greek or regular yogurt

1 large egg

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp almond extract

For the Strawberry Glaze

⅛ cup pureed strawberries (about 3 large strawberries)

2–3 cups powdered sugar

1 tbsp heavy cream

Directions
Preheat Oven & Prep Tin
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sugar.

Whisk Wet Ingredients
In a separate bowl, stir together the melted butter, milk, yogurt, egg, vanilla, and almond extracts.

Combine
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet mixture. Stir gently until just combined—batter will be thick.

Fill the Tin & Bake
Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling each about halfway to three-quarters full. Bake for 7–8 minutes or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.

Make the Glaze
Blend strawberries into a puree. Mix with heavy cream and 2 cups powdered sugar, adding more sugar until desired glaze thickness is reached.

Glaze the Donut Holes
Dip each donut hole into the glaze (fully or just the tops). Let the glaze set, and repeat for a second coating if desired.
