🧀🥩✨ Golden Cheese Steak Tortellini Casserole – Creamy, Cheesy, & Crowd-Pleasing!
Ingredients:
1 lb beef steak strips (sirloin or flank)
1 package (20 oz) cheese tortellini
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 cup shredded provolone
Salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package; set aside.
Sauté steak strips, peppers, and onions until tender; remove from skillet.
In the same skillet, melt butter, whisk in flour, and slowly add milk to make a sauce.
Stir in mozzarella and provolone until creamy.
Combine steak, veggies, and tortellini with the sauce. Transfer to a baking dish.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
